Compensation: $10-25USD/hour depending on level

Location: Remote or Georgia.

 

PeaceData was founded in 2020 and is creating voice agents for various clients. For example, the current customer needs a speech synthesis for flight notifications. As a team member, you will have an exceptional opportunity to dive deep into speech synthesis and get lots of experience with creating complex systems from scratch. The team is small, so your role would have a huge impact. You must be passionate about building new technologies and ready to solve complex challenges in Speech Tech.

You can combine this position with other employments.

 

In this role, you will:

-  Work on improving the naturalness and intonation of generated voices

-  Identify and debug audio artifacts and pipeline errors

-  Implement features, requested by customers, such as SSML, punctuations, stress and pauses

-  Manage data collection for voice generation

Looking for:

-  Experience in TTS

-  Understanding of modern generative models

-  Confidence in PyTorch

-  Understanding of experiment evaluation and building metrics

-  Proactivity and readiness to tackle complicated challenges, as you will be responsible for a significant part of the project

Bonus points:

-  Participation in hackathons and ML competitions

-  Experience in training GANs / large transformers

-  Experience in the NLP space

-  Knowledge of the fast-paced startup environment
